Welcome to Classic Comforts Hotel. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, bookings, stays and other services provided by Classic Comforts Hotel (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Hotel”). By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Reservation & Check-in/Check-out
- Reservations may be made online, by phone or at the Hotel’s reception.
2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age at the time of check‑in.
3. At check‑in, valid government‐issued photo identification must be presented (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, driver’s licence) for all adult guests.
4. If rooms are booked with a specified check‑in and check‑out time, you must adhere to those times. Late check‑out or early check‑in may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
5. Check‑in and check‑out times: unless otherwise agreed, standard check‑in starts at 12:00 PM and check‑out by 12:00 PM (or as stated at time of booking).
2. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
- Payment of room rate and any special services must be made in accordance with the booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation and refund policies will be specified at the time of booking. Some bookings may be non‑refundable.
3. In the event of no show or early departure, additional charges may apply as per the policy displayed at the time of booking.
3. Guest Conduct & Hotel Obligations
- Only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms. Any unregistered or unauthorized guest may be refused entry.
2. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a booking or ask guests to leave in case of misconduct, damage to property, or violation of these Terms.
3. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to Hotel property during the stay (excluding normal wear and tear).
4. Guests must follow all in‑house rules (for example, no smoking in non‑smoking rooms, respect for other guests, etc.).
5. Pets are not permitted on the premises unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Room Occupancy & Extra Guest Policy
- The number of guests per room must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.
2. Children’s policy (if applicable) will be provided at booking. For example, one child under 5 years may stay free of charge (when sharing room with parents) and extra beds may carry additional charges.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Hotel
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify your booking in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force‑majeure, equipment failure, or other operational issues) with appropriate notice where feasible.
2. In such case, the Hotel will offer alternative accommodation or refund the amount paid, but will not be liable for any further compensation.
6. Services & Amenities
- The Hotel will provide the services and amenities described at the time of booking, subject to availability.
2. Complimentary amenities (e.g., breakfast, WiFi, parking) are provided as stated for your room category, and may change without prior notice if required for operational reasons.
3. The Hotel is not responsible for the malfunction of third‑party or ancillary services (e.g., external tours, transport, etc.).
7. Liability & Indemnity
- The Hotel will exercise reasonable care in providing accommodation and services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfection of amenities.
2. The guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Hotel and its employees harmless from any losses, claims, demands or damages arising from the guest’s stay, use of facilities, or breach of these Terms.
3. The Hotel’s liability for any claim, whether contractual or tortious, shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the guest for the room in question.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- The Hotel may collect and use personal data (e.g., name, address, ID proof) as required by law and for facilitation of stay, billing, communications, marketing, and guest service.
2. The Hotel will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission via the internet.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, trademarks and logos on the Hotel’s website or promotional materials are the property of the Hotel or the relevant rights‑holders. Use of the content without permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Amendments
The Hotel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hotel’s website. Guests are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms at the time of booking or stay.
